Best Service with Kelley and her team!
It was very easy to get storage through Compass Self Storage. I was able to set it up online and start putting my things into storage in an hour. It would be a tad more convenient if the facility was open 24 hours, but it is open from morning until 11 p.m. and 11 is plenty late enough
Ms. Kellye was extremely helpful and had wonderful customer service . I was having a bad day and she made it better.everything was professional. I would recommend 10/10
Charles, Kelly, and Brandon were such an amazing help! Nice and clean facility and easy to get everything started. So excited to store my things here.
Brandon and Kellye are phenomenal! The other day, my wife and I went to their location to pick up a truck. We ran into a few snafus. Through tenacity patience, and teamwork they were able to resolve those issues for us. Thank y’all so much for your world class customer service!!!
