Very helpful staff. Answered all my questions.
My rent gradually increased over $100 in a very short period of time. The so-called climate-controled facility feels like a furnace inside. There are always bugs inside of the facility. There is no on-site restroom available for use and they claim it's out of order. I had an issue with theIr U-haul truck rental that caused me to be overcharged. I was told it would be handled on their end and it wasn't. The list goes on (If you decide to rent here you will see)... They said in a letter that the reason they found it necessary ... read more
