We stored our camper van & travel trailer in the "M Lot" for about 3 years & had a positive experience all the way around: clean & secure lot, Office Mgr. Jody, always provided a high level of customer service with a friendly demeanor. We felt the prices were very reasonable. Thanks so much for exceeding our expectations!!
We had the whole boat motor cut off our vintage boat. The boat was locked and wrapped. They un-wrapped the boat, cut the boat lock, then cut and ruined the electrical components and stole our irreplaceable motor ruining the boat. Management has still not contacted me, other then to reply to this post. Yesterday I called Surelock to inform them. Level, graded lot. Dump station with water. Haven't had any issues in the 2 years we've had our travel trailer there.
