I had two inspections done. I was told inspections aren’t usually done on new constructions. I have been in the home two months and so much was MISSED including 2 gas leaks. If my untrained eyes can catch things, I’m not sure how it was missed during TWO inspections. I would have never bought the home had I realized all that was wrong with it. On a positive note, the inspector was responsive when hiring and it didn’t take long for him to come out.
Great experience with our inspector. Easy to work with and very flexible with some scheduling issues that popped up last minute. Very thorough inspection, with clear communication afterwards. Very thankful we were able to have them look at our home!
Scott was great! Polite, good natured, and patient with my barking Yorkies! His inspection was very thorough and provided explanation of his report before leaving my house. Great Experience!
Updated on September 2024 I am changing from a 5 star to a 4 star review. I do this because I had a 5 star experience with the inspection service, I did not have a pleasant experience discovering the things the inspector missed or failed to notify me about. The prior owner, not to the fault of the inspector, did a really poor job of fixing things around the house.
