It started with a few questions I had concerning some pests around our home. They always recommended exactly what was needed and gave me a price that I felt comfortable paying. When the tech Brandon came to do our in home treatment, he was quick and polite. Nothing out what I didn't expect! Very appreciative!
The fire ants got in my sons room and had bit him. I called our builder and he recommended Sureguard . They came out that day and killed all those ants. Pricing was fair and they were very helpful.
I RECENTLY had my new home built by John Houston Custom Homes and they recommend we call to have pest service done. So I called Sureguard and made an appointment, which means we AGREED on an SET TIME right? Apparently not with this company they were almost AN HOUR LATE! RUNNNNNN FAST!!! I will NEVVVVVVEEERRRRR again let strangers like these people into my home. My first mistake was believing him when he said that this is "all you will pay". 2nd mistake, not stopping him when he knocked on my door for the scheduled treatment and says, we are going to start outside first then do paperwork later (red flag), I missed it.
