Its been a long few years, We are booking full jobs into November of 2022 .
I was highly disappointed in the communication and quote Dylan have me. He quoted my job for $2500 without EVER going on my roof. Then I was told an additional $2200+ was needed for more repairs. I asked for a detailed description before any more work was done and never received it. I spoke with Dylan’s staff Kelly who said I had no balance. I then received a bill 2 weeks later. Dylan was unprofessional and blaming his staff and myself for miscommunication. With all his experience his quote was off by 100%.
Very comprehensive review of the condition of my roof. Excellent quality of work. They were in contact with me every step of the way through my roofing project. I compared several contractors and I would highly recommend working with SureGuard.
