Went in for a eye exam and glasses. Eye exam was good, but The frames I selected from the display were actually out of stock and on backorder and I was not informed, untill I called to check on the status myself after I waited the 14 days they told me it would be. Another 2 weeks later and I am still waiting on glasses. I have been told that they will be ready at the end of the week, 2 weeks in a row without them actually being ready. So a month after my appointment I am still without glasses and have no concrete completion ... read more
