Went in for a eye exam and glasses. Eye exam was good, but The frames I selected from the display were actually out of stock and on backorder and I was not informed, untill I called to check on the status myself after I waited the 14 days they told me it would be. Another 2 weeks later and I am still waiting on glasses. I have been told that they will be ready at the end of the week, 2 weeks in a row without them actually being ready. My daughter and I came to get our eyes checked out with Jeff and felt like he did a great job. They are equipped with all of the modern optics test and imaging equipment. Dr. Kirchner and Dr. Williams both seem to be comfortable working with younger kids. They look at both of my kids when they were 5 and had no problems getting them to follow directions. They will also send you a PDF report of your exam afterwards so that you have all of their findings.
Great practice -have been using Dr. Kirchner for quite a few years now -staff is always very friendly. Switched from readers to progressive’s recently and they even store the lenses for you in house just in case you need them in the future.
