They are nice and I bought two pairs of glasses and contacts. Glass lens scratched and had to wait to get replaced. Then I asked to try a different contact because I rarely wore the ones I had but was unable to get in for follow ups. They wanted to charge a new eye exam, but was just there not quite 4 months ago. I will not be a returned customer..

I am very impressed with the knowledge and care offered here. I came after having a bad experience at another large local eye care office. The doctors here are helpful and full of knowledge. They ensure all your questions are answered. I got a pair of progressive lens at the other place, and I called them my drunk glasses. I could not wear them. Here, at sure focus, the glasses specialist took time to explain there are different types of progressive lens and talked me into giving them another try with a higher quality lens. ... read more
