After an excellent presentation, we decided against a solar installation because the factual information from the company demonstrated that it was not a good financial decision despite my strong desire to "go solar." ************ in effect, advised me against buying from them. They installed my solar panels almost two years ago in summer of 2022. The installation crew was top notch. The owners of Surefire were there every step of the way, every day, making sure everything was going well and to answer any questions. My experience with Surefire Sales Solutions, for the sale and installation of my solar + battery backup, has been great. **** has gone the extra mile in every step of the process, including petitioning my HOA to allow the installation to occur, making sure the installation went well, and even working with the battery manufacturer to troubleshoot a minor issue I was having. We had been working with another Solar company in the spring of 2022. It was a nightmare, to say the least. We changed and started working with Surefire. Finally, our nightmare turned into a dream.
