Wonderful landlord! I moved in last summer and they added an extra AC unit for free. Quick to return calls, respectful and patient. I don't have the best credit, but they helped me qualify after I had been rejected other places. Definitely recommend!
THE WORST LANDLORD! DOES NOT CARE ABOUT FAMILY ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY! THREW ME AND MY FAMILY INTO A 3YR LEASE THAT WE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT WHICH IS OUR FAULT FOR BEING SO NAIVE ! WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR WE FOUND INFESTATION, GAS PROBLEMS, & NOT TO MENTION THE PHOTOS WERE COMPLETELY DECEIVING! THE LANDLORD KNEW MY CHILD HAD STAGE 4 KIDNEY DISEASE AND STILL DID NOT HESITATE TO RENT OUT THE HORRIBLE PROPERTY! PLEASE I ADVISE YOU DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION AND HEARTACHE!
No one answers the phone and when you send a question through their website no one answers. Seems like they are just in business to collect application fees. I started looking for a new apartment 5 months before my lease was up. I kept running across the same apartment unit for rent by Surefire Property Management for months.
