On time. Friendly. Knowledgeable. I called and setup an appointment with Pepper who was courteous and professional. She told me a date and time of when Drew was able to get out to address my wasp issue. He arrived on time and we discussed the issues I was having. During our discussion Drew explained to me the type of wasp that I was dealing with and what my options were, leving the decisions to me. So, I had a bee issue in my front yard. My first call was to surefire (I had used them before), but they weren't available. Their message said they were short staffed & to text them my info. After a couple of hours, i called around. I wasn't happy with the (put your credit card on file & we'll charge it when we're done). The next day, Surefire texted back & apologized for being out of town. I quickly canceled my other appointment & had them come out. Drew was so excited to see the bees in my yard.
