Laura was extremely kind and helpful. I didn’t get sold on jewelry, but instead was given service to help get exactly the ring I needed for my wife. The custom design process was really helpful and included digital models and wax samples. I highly recommend Surefire to anyone shopping for rings. Laura has taken the time to reach out afterwards. They have offered fit adjustments, etc. It’s a big investment, but I feel great about it!
