Steve's class was awesome! He was extremely patient and so friendly. I was dreading the 5 1/2 hour class time but it wasn't bad at all.. in fact.. I went in knowing absolutely nothing about emergency situations and now I feel confidant and prepared to hold down the fort in the event of an emergency situation.. well.. at least until a more experienced person comes along. -Thank you so much for being such an awesome teacher, hope to see you in two years when I update my certifications :) - Julia 10-1-13
