I have been going to Surecare~Doctor Joe Garland~for 20+ years! Now the UHC and Premier can't seem to come to an agreement I am forced to change my doctor! I am just getting to old for this crap! I don't understand why they can't come to some kind of agreement! Acting like children in my book! I love Surecare & Dr Joe! This entire situation has me so very upset...
Dr. Jay Hoffman is a wonderful doctor. I feel like he really does care about his patients which is a rare quality. My whole family sees him and we will continue to do so.
I have been a patient of Dr. Joe Garland for 32 years now and I thank God every day for him! Not only is he my family's care giver but we consider him part of our family! He and his nurse, Lisa, are truly God sends! :D
I have been a patient at Surecare for about 5 years. I love my doctor there and now find out that they will no longer be accepting my united healthcare insurance and no other premier health facilities are either. I am hoping that UHC stays with Premier Health.
I'd like to thank Ellen in billing. I had a lab performed at Surecare and received an unexpectedly large bill because the lab had my incorrect information. Ellen confirmed my information and then went the extra mile, offering to reach out to the lab on my behalf when they open later in the day. I love this place!
