Great place I would recommend this place to everyone who is in the Orlando area.
I rarely leave negative reviews because I work in healthcare and understand that delays and scheduling issues happen. However, this experience was frustrating and ended up wasting a significant amount of my time. I booked a new patient contact lens appointment online for 10:30 AM and arrived on time. When I checked in, I was told that I had missed my appointment because it was scheduled for 10:00 AM. I showed the staff my confirmation email clearly stating 10:30 AM.
