I highly recommend Sure Temp. Sean, the technician was extremely knowledgeable. He was very pleasant, thorough, honest, and efficient and he took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our AC unit. Sure Temp installed our AC unit over 20 years ago and they have done a great job keeping it going. We will certainly continue to use them for maintenance and for the eventual replacement of our AC system.
Sure Temp recently replaced my old oil system with a much more efficient setup, including a Ruud furnace, AC condenser, coil, humidifier, and air purifier. It was a big project, but they handled everything smoothly and professionally. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the whole process. My home is now more comfortable, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in air quality. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!
It was a pleasure working with the management of Sure Temp as well as the technicians performing the installation. They were all very professional and paid attention to the details. I asked what time are you going to be here and the response was what time do you want us here. Very accommodating. Thanks for all your support on the furnace and central air replacement.
Update: About 1 hour after this review was posted, I received a phone call (on a Sunday), explaining there was a personal issue that caused Tom to be out of the office and he apologized for the delay. While I have a big heart and can 100% understand these things happen, it doesn’t excuse not having a quote until 2 weeks later AND leaving a bad review.
