Great service! They came right away when my water heater exhaust vent cap blew off the roof and quickly fixed it. You can count on them to support their customers.

Had an excellent experience all the way around, we got a pretty quick estimate for a steam boiler replacement, and once we agreed to the work they were there the week of Christmas getting heat back to our office. I was able to reach Sean at their office at any point with questions or concerns and he would get back to me in a timely matter. I would definitely work with them again.
HUGE shout-out to Rob at Sure Temp for coming to our rescue last night. Rob was so prompt and professional, identified our reason for no heat on the coldest night this year and made sure we were safe and comfortable until this morning when he could get the part and get it installed! There are good people in this world and he's one of them. We have had them service our furnace in recent years and will continue to call on them when we need something. Ty!
