I contacted Sure Temp because my old AC unit wasn’t working very well. Their explanation of equipment and installation was very reassuring and professional, something I didn’t get from other providers. They provided options to fit my budget and even called with an opening to do the installation a week earlier than originally scheduled. Their installers were professional and knowledgeable and other than the house being much cooler, I would never know they were here. Highly recommend Sure Temp!
Just had the Sure Temp folks here to install my second unit (first one has been running great without any issues). The guys arrived on time, discussed the installation and went to work. Took most of the day (temperature was 95 degrees). They were always polite and friendly - answered all my questions. Installation went great and timed perfectly for the heat that followed. Highly recommend this team.
I had an 8000btu window unit installed on 6/25/26 by Joe. The communication with him was fantastic. He kept me informed about issues regarding keeping our original appointment time. When he did come to install the unit,he was so kind,professional,and told me everything I needed to know about my air conditioner. 10/10 would definitely recommend
