I emailed the company to ask if this product is compatible with smart locks such as the Schlage Encode Plus. I sent a follow-up 2 weeks later. I never got a reply. I figured it's inexpensive, so I ordered one. Of course, I couldn't test it against the smart lock without installing both. It is NOT COMPATIBLE! I can manually lock the door (it's not offset), but the resistance of the pins in the Sure-Strike causes the servo in the Schlage to think the bolt is jammed, and it retracts and alerts an error message.
