Very friendly and prompt. Eric came out and handled red wasps just days after I first contacted Sure Shot Pest Control. It is now safe for the roofing crew to come in and do their work with no chance of interference from the wasps (or anything else). Eric also took the time while he was here to educate us about what to look for after his attic and eaves treatment.
