Ordered some product, and had no confirmation email sent. After 28 days, and 6 times trying to get in contact with the company, I finally threatened to retract my order and open a case via PayPal. They contacted me within a hour post threat and said there was some lost orders that got sent out, and tracking info wasn't provided.. first off I ship my own product out daily.
