This place is horrible. They said we had to pay extra to actually go through the carwash with a detail. They said it's not included.. that makes no sense if I paid $100 to get my car washed. No one could tell me the answer when I posed the question of how do you detail a car without washing it. Don't use this place, it's horrible.
This review was for the prior car wash that was there prior to Mint Eco. We go every Saturday or Sunday to get our cars washed and never have issues. As far as getting there at closing time; those folks are out in the South Florida sun (usually the same workers) everyday, so if it's close to closing time- go back at another time.
The first two employees who do the initial spraying are useless . No matter how many times I tell them to spray off the dirt on the sides of my Toyota Camry below the front doors, they always miss it. What’s the purpose of having those spray guns if you’re not going to use them. The automatic wash doesn’t reach the bottom part below my doors.
People who don't care and treat you like your stupid only good thank was the guy who took your money.he was nice
