The Sure Seal team and particularly Dustin Brinson were very professional and attentive to my gutter project. Dustin called back within an hour of me leaving a message to describe my problem and came to assess within 24 hours. The job was complete before the next rainstorm! I now consider Sure Seal my go-to for anything gutter, roof, or deck related.
The contractor gave an initial quote, but the final cost was much higher with unexpected charges added later.
The quality of work was disappointing. The roof started leaking again just a few weeks after completion.
The project was delayed multiple times without any proper communication. We had to constantly follow up to get updates.
They did not show up on the scheduled date and kept rescheduling without a valid reason.
