Had A Pex Fitting come lose on shower, called Karl , within a hour it was fixed, i am only 3.2 miles from his Business His plumber was in and out and it was all fixed up in 10 minutes. Thank you.
Discovered my old water heater was leaking late at night (because of course it was!), and I called them first thing in the morning. They got someone out right away! The entire process was faster than I expected, and so smooth. I don't know anything about water heaters, but I was able to text them a photo and they walked me through everything. Super responsive, no pressure, and really kind and professional the whole time. These folks will take care of you.
Highly Recommend!! Amazing service. Karl dispatched his team for a tri-annual septic inspection. Even worked with the county and submitted proper documentation for me, as I was out of town. Great service with competitive pricing.
We recently tackled some significant plumbing challenges (updating old pipes, replacing a basement toilet, remodeling our kitchen with pipes removed and new ones installed, new water softener and water heater installed). I can't say enough about the great experience we had. Even though they came from Sparta to La Crosse, the service was prompt, the price very reasonable, and work done professionally. When we have future plumbing needs, we will be calling Sure Plumbing.
