To start off, Joey was very responsive and stated the job should take about 3 days. He showed up to start the job with his worker Harley. The job started great, they progressed well. After 3 weeks, he was almost finished and stated they would be done by that afternoon and wanted to get paid. I wrote the check and they left with the job not complete.
