Have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 months now as my burner went out after less than one year on an expensive pair of logs. Customer number no longer in service and other number has recording that number cannot be connected. Website doesn't work for messages and even an email to their webmaster came back as undeliverable. Would not recommend any of their products.

Great products & great customer service. I've never ever had an issue with them. When I've called them, they were great on the phone. Handled an issue I had & made it right. Purchased their 30,000 BTU infrared heater for garage. Best heater around, better than the competition out there. Were recommended to them by two friends & very happy with the product & the customer service.
