first time i was at this clinic and i phoned and asked if they do xrays i fell off a ladder about 10ft high and my right hand i fell on maybe broken and my left leg was twisted too she yes they do xrays there so got me in within a couple hrs i saw the Dr not sure of his name but he ws aweful he said you need a xray but told me to go to emergency for xray i said why when you do it here....he said there not connected to the system and i would have to do xray twice if its broken....i said well lets do it now it may notbe broken... read more

I was there at 3:10pm on Saturday and they told me that no doctor available for walk-in. The system says it will open till 5pm. Asked the front staff which was not friendly and told me to come on Monday. Not a good service.

I had a horrible experience with Dr.Dirie, he is rude and arrogant, lacks compassion and empathy. He asked me if I was in pain during my appointment, I said I’m not in any pain at the moment (I was experiencing kidney stones and a uti a month prior) he said “why are you here if you’re not in any pain” I was disgusted when he said that. Any time I would try to talk about my symptoms or offer to show him my kidney stone, he looked at me like I was the most annoying person on earth, I could barely get a few words in before he w... read more

Give Helen a raise. Today the other front desk ladies were on their phones. As per normal Helen was running around crazy, and stayed until closing alone.
