Called them Wednesday morning. Our floor drain in basement was backed up. Ron said he would get a serviceman out shortly. Greg came out about an hour later and within a couple hours he had us all opened back up and running like new. Greg is an excellent worker and a very well spoken young man. He was a pleasure to deal with. Reasonable pricing also. Will definitely call them again when needed and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again, Bill H.

Ron is awesome at what he does. He went above & beyond to provide quality service as well as checking to see if our old hot water heater was still under warranty. Which it was. So by him doing that he saved us from spending $500+ on a new one. He even went out of his way and drove 30 mins away to do the warranty exchange for us to ensure we were back up and going with a new functioning Hot water heater. Highly recommend Ron & Surefix Plumbing and Drain For any an all plumbing related issues!

My drain remains clogged and backing up after they jammed 80 foot of 1/2in cable in without a cutter head. They didn't flush line, just capped off and left. Do not use them. Very poor service even with 3 of their men working here.
