Worst level of service I’ve ever experienced from a business. They clearly don’t care about their customers or the quality of their work. The bathroom was left unfinished and poorly done. Absolutely unacceptable — I would not recommend them to anyone. Very Friendly staff, quite knowledgeable and patient with my 100 questions. Remodelling is not my favourite thing to do and they made it easier
I was a very difficult customer and caused massive headaches, and Lee still did an incredible job.
Phoned early in the day for an estimate.Didnt call back until after closing.Very rude on phone.Asked why I was calling this number like it was an invasion of privacy.Asked what was needed then said they were too busy.Wanted a quote for a bathroom reno.Slow to respond to initial call in the morning.Very rude.Very unproffessional.Horrible customer service.Would not even reccommend to call for a quote.Had phoned another company for the bath reno at the same time.They were absolutely the opposite of this company and I will proce... read more
