Great customer service. CJ took the time to explain what he saw and gave hints for how to ensure smooth operation. I was confused (forgot) exactly how the battery backup ran, and he took the time to run a demo which was very helpful.

Once again very impressed with Sure-Dry. This is the 3rd project they have completed on my home over the years and have been very satisfied every time!! The most recent window installation was most impressive. They were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable and were done in 4 hours...WOW!!!
