Eric is a true professional. It’s clear that he’s invested so much time into his business and his trade. Even before I hired him he was willing to get on FaceTime to explain the scope of the work and why each component in his estimate was necessary. Eric was super helpful getting us a new combo heater/ hot water. I always shop around so I got a couple quotes for the system. Eric diagnosed the situation over the phone so we didn’t even have to pay for a tech visit. In the end he gave us the best price and worked with my crew to get the system set up as it services two floors. He also helped us trouble shoot some other issues in the units. Overall highly recommend his friendly service.

I can’t say enough good things about Eric and his service. We lost heat and it’s in the 20’s outside. Nobody anywhere in the tri-state area could get the part needed to fix my boiler. I called Eric and he personally located the part and drove to central New Jersey (many, many miles out of the way) to get it. We now have heat!! Thank you to Eric and Sure Combustion. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
