Eric was great. We had compounded problems with our tankless water heater, boiler and chimney. The team kept us informed, fixed all the issues and the pipe work was immaculate. We ended up adding a water filtration system with Sure Combustion as well. Priced fair and solid work.

Appreciate you guys greatly. Eric helped me find a rather obscure part, a control board for a Dunkirk combi boiler, and had someone deliver it on the same day. Super super helpful in a tough situation.

Eric was awesome and worked directly with Well McLain distribution center to get me a replacement heater and have an expedited installation. He walked me through many of the boiler/water heater maintenance items to ensure the new one lasts for years to come. Responsible and professional, would absolutely recommend. Thanks Eric!

Finding someone who really knows combi boilers is not easy, but Eric at Sure sure knows his stuff. The only problem is he is so in demand you may have to wait a bit. That said, he always answers his phone or calls you back pretty quickly, he keeps his promises and shows up when he says he will, and he works very hard. I would recommend him to anyone considering a combi boiler.
