Do NOT use their worthless "professional service" This was the worst carpet cleaning company I dealt with. I was told it would take ~2 hr to clean my house. After their "professional cleaning", dry food residue was still on the carpet. Many stains (which I cleaned them later with my portable carpet machine) were untouched. Don't expect much from their "30-day satisfaction guarantee". None! Before they cleaned my family room, they already put their pretreatment sprayer back to the truck.
