We recently visited for our first pregnancy ultrasound and, as a young couple, we naturally had a few questions. While the technician was not outright rude, her demeanor felt unwelcoming and cold. We didn’t feel particularly comfortable asking our questions or reassured during what was a very special and emotional appointment for us. Unfortunately, this made the experience less positive than we had hoped, and we don’t plan to return.
