We had Surcheros cater my little great grandson's birthday party on Sunday, March 15. I met with Erica, the restaurant manager two weeks before who could not have been kinder or more informative. She even let me sample the queso so ensure that it was not too spicey for our little one. It is clear that she takes great pride in her job and service delivery. This was the worst Surcheros that I have been to!! The workers were so rude besides the first guy who helped us. I asked for cilantro, talking about fresh cilantro, and they poured some green sauce on my bowl that I have never had before and didnt ask for. The workers were also already cleaning up at 7:45 when it says they close at 9 and it was very unclean. Will never be back to this location.
The worst experience in the world is to be hungry and then eating something that doesn't taste all that great. Tonight was my first time having food from here and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had a chicken burrito bowl and It just wasn't good. The rice was on the cooked and they only gave me like four or five pieces of chicken and the chicken tasted like the one straight from the can. It was an unfortunate experience so I won't be eating there again.
Food was good, vibes were terrible.
