I usually have to order my food. I can’t leave my job to go pick anything up. And the food is amazing, but isn’t amazing is the fact that you guys do not answer your phone. I’ve worked in customer service food specifically for a while as well. I was able to still get customer calls and make pizzas. I think it is a bit ridiculous that you guys cannot answer phones when people have real questions like today my order got canceled. I can’t even call to confirm if you guys are even open.
