My family and I frequent this location and have been coming here for the past year, maybe more. Recently, in the past couple of months or so I have noticed the quality and the service have gone way down.
Surcheros is a good place to get a meal except for this location. The restaurant needed cleaning. The food was what you expect from Surcheros. The service was a little off but not bad. This location gets a failing grade for housekeeping.
So their food is always on point. Their chips not so much. Been here multiple times and gotten stale chips. The last time the lady behind the counter acted like I was a problem when I asked for fresh chips. Now their tacos and burrito bowls are always amazing. And chips going stale happen. Im still gonna eat here. Its over all goooooood.
