Ja’america and tysean are amazing employees and provided a very welcoming vibe and were just amazing. Give them a raise!
We ordered takeout, and my wife and I both got nachos. The chips tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil — bitter and inedible. Thankfully, the tacos we ordered for our daughter were fine. Our first visit was good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I also reached out through the Contact Us page on July 26th and haven’t received a response. Hopefully this was just a one-time issue.
Horrible customer service, we waited 20 minutes for service, once we got service the food service providers were rude , the store was filthy . We love the food tho!
Keyatta helped me and my family order dinner. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. Hope she is rewarded for going the extra mile!
