I had a sick visit at this office at 3:45 p.m. Unfortunately, the nurse-patient interaction was neither welcoming nor compassionate, and I felt it was quite disrespectful. At 4:30 p.m., the nurse mentioned that the doctor was still there, implying that both she and the doctor were staying past their shifts because of me.
