I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The maintenance and management are insufficient and nonchalant about on-going issues that arise at any of the units. Maintenance came into my unit and made the issue worst. Left the work completely undone. My maintenance problems have been going on for several months now and they are still unresolved.
Had a fantastic experience touring apartments with Rufino! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough in explaining everything, making the entire process feel so smooth and welcoming. Rufino’s knowledge and helpfulness left me feeling confident and excited about the move, and I'm now looking forward to making this place my home in January
great community attentive staff close to Saint Johns town center 10/10
The Elevators are always broken so it is not handicap accessible. Also when this happens (at least every 3 months) our garbage doesn’t get picked up. building is falling apart the windows leak, the showers half work and were fixed with duct tape. The gates never work either. The rent is high for this place to not be taken care of. I had bleach sprayed on my door and ruined my shirt management never called me back about that. In fact no one ever answers the phone it’s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone.
