Had me tour the building along with a garage, collected all my fees, had me sign the final documents and then the day before move in informed me they will not be giving me the garage we already agreed on and will be keeping the application fee they conned me into paying. I will be filing a FDACS report if management does not rectify this.
After all the delays, contract changes, and me agreeing to everything, I still didn’t get the two months free!!!. Feels like the only thing guaranteed here is confusion! I’m sad this is Very frustrating 😪
I’m a new resident, and the application process was smooth and easy overall. There were a few small hiccups, but Michaela was very attentive and intuitive—she made sure I was well taken care of. Move-in day was busy, and while I was in and out, she was also assisting other new residents with the same level of care. She made the entire experience great. I love the community and the amenities, and I would definitely recommend applying here. Michaela is the best!
Beautiful place
My sister lives here, and I visit often enough to see the full picture. It’s honestly heartbreaking because this apartment complex has so much potential great layout, decent location, and a community that could thrive. But the management is truly the weak link.
