Does anyone work at this place? I really wanted to tour some apts while visiting from NYC, but Nobody answers the phone EVER & I’ve been leaving emails & voicemails for over a week, with no response. It’s kinda scary to think of even renting here, how non responsive the office team would be. Theres even a prompt for residents to leave a msg… but for who since no one responds.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and live anywhere else.
The leasing agents are very sweet girls, communication was awesome they made the process super simple and easy.
My brothers been living here for a few months, and while the apartments themselves are fine, the management particularly Jessica, the property manager has made living here very frustrating. Jessica consistently demonstrates a lack of professionalism when handling resident concerns. She often dismisses issues without fully listening, responds with attitude or indifference, and fails to follow through on promised actions.
