Ever since the new property management has taken over the place has definitely got a new look online Jesse being such a great person has worked with me numerous times to make sure the job gets done and with satisfactory in mind Chris the maintenance man has put in so much work in making the grounds look very nice and well kept put together that it is overall made a huge difference in my outlook on where I live
It kinda sucks cuz I just moved out last week and it seems like I moved right when Jessie and Chris starts to make everything better the last manager and maintenance was horrible and I’m sad to go right when they made the prop 10x better I wish them nothing but the best you should def rent here if they’re still here

Ever since the new management came, my living experience here at Sur apartments has been amazing! Jesse, the property manager, is really on top of everything and has been since he transitioned into this community. He has excellent customer service and great energy around him! Whenever I have an issue with my unit or any concerns, ge doesn't hesitate to resolve the issue. I'm enjoying my home here!
