Cathy is the best manager over here and is very liked by the community. She is family friendly and caring about her community
Ever since the new property management has taken over the place has definitely got a new look online Cathy being such a great person has worked with me numerous times to make sure the job gets done and with satisfactory in mind the maintenance man has put in so much work in making the grounds look very nice and well kept put together that it is overall made a huge difference in my outlook on where I live
I have lived at these apartments for about 3 years and have had 2 different property owners and 4 different managers throughout my time living at Sur Apartments and I wanted to give a shout out to Cathy the community manager! Out of all the managers over the years she truly is the best. Every time I’ve talked to her it was a pleasant experience, she is very straight forward and prompt even when it comes to handling any maintenance issues throughout her time managing the complex. This apartment has gone down hill since the new manager started she’s never there half the time when something serious happens she’s gone this place sucks everything is broken and she doesn’t care at all
