Dr Paul was amazing! She identified my issue, answered any questions, and performed the surgery process flawlessly. I had no pain after surgery and it was a miracle to be able to breathe again.
Dr. Paul is absolutely amazing! I feel lucky to have found such a fantastic ENT doctor. She is so caring and personable.The rest of the staff is really incredible as well- I got to know front office receptionist (she was so kind, she had helped me schedule the appointment and then helped me with forms and made the process super quick and easy) and I also met one of the other ENT doctors --great guy, everyone was all so friendly, helpful, and supportive. Overall 10/10!!!
Couldn’t have been more impressed with Dr Paul and the team. I’ve been worried about a chronic cough for several months and finally called Pacific ENT trying to find someone who took Tricare. They had me an appointment the next day! I filled out my paperwork in advance and checked it at my appointment time. They had me in a room in less than 5 minutes.
