We just had some windows installed in our historic home in Jefferson, TX. The windows look great! Installation was quick and professional. We have 3 dogs the installers had to work around; and, they were great with them. I highly recommend Supreme Windows in Tyler!
Garrett was excellent in explaining what window options are offered and took the time to discuss what we were wanting and see our vision. His team was exceptionally professional and did a phenomenal job installing the new windows. We DO NOT recommend using Supreme Windows and Doors of Tyler. Windows and Doors are an expensive investment and for such an important piece of your new build or remodel you want a trustworthy company to work with and this one isn’t it. We could not be more DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with the whole experience . We chose Supreme Windows after getting a few estimates. One of the reasons was that when Jordan came out for our estimate, he took the time to help us understand the benefits of new windows and explained the process of ordering and installation. Also, his price was more economical than some of the others. While we were waiting for the windows to arrive at the warehouse, the front office made sure that we were informed throughout the process.
