Terrible company. My mom paid in full on March 18th for her windows and as of today (June 25th) they still haven't gotten it done. They never call her and let her know the status of anything. She always has to call them to set appointments or to see why everything is taking so long. If you're going to be slow, at least have the courtesy of calling people who have already paid you. Garrett was excellent in explaining what window options are offered and took the time to discuss what we were wanting and see our vision. His team was exceptionally professional and did a phenomenal job installing the new windows. They ensured that we were satisfied with our new windows and offered any help in the future should a problem arise. We couldn't have asked for better service. Edit: fast forward 5 years.
