FANTASTIC experience! I had the whole presentation style pitches and was quoted $17k-$25k for 7 windows installed. An ad for RenoView popped up and got my interest with the no frills approach so I uploaded my photos and got a quote within hours. SAME windows for $5k! Sales agreement signed on 10/27 and windows were ordered and installed on 12/15! Great quality, professional team and that price! I continue to rep them to people that are getting quotes for windows!
This is my second time using RenoView and Garrett. Garrett is a true professional and has changed an industry that is plagued with high-pressure sales. Each time, I submitted photos and received a bid within hours. We had some minor hiccups on the 1st installation and Garrett quickly jumped in and rectified the issue. Proceed with caution before buying from Renoview / Gareth. Customer service was excellent before signing the contract, but very poor after payment. Post-sale communication was almost nonexistent. The installation in San Antonio, TX, was done well by the installers. However, I received a defective window and several windows without warranty labels. The replacement took nearly two months. I love, love, love my new windows! After looking at several big name window contractors, I came across the RenoView website. And sure enough, getting a replacement window quote was as simple as snapping a few photos of my old windows and sharing the photos on their website. A couple of days later, I had a window quote that was roughly $10k less than the big name contractors I had considered, and that's after upgrading from the original RenoView quote I recieved. Windows came out amazing. Process was so easy. Snapped a few pictures and got a quote pretty quickly. Took less than 4 hours for the guys to install the windows. Definitely recommend.
