Cheap for a reason. Honestly, the overall quality and look (so far) has been above expectations given the price, BUT the ordering process and various issues with the products brings things down to 2 stars, should probably really be 1 star rating. Problems: WORST: I ordered new windows (6) and got 6 replacement windows so had to waste a bunch of money framing them out myself. We moved into a home that needed windows and a door badly. Bryan got to us immediately with an estimate and choices. He was available to answer questions about the options. Installation was quick and communication was outstanding. Highly recommended!
Talk about quick and easy! I was in and out faster than you can find the windows at a big box store. They have code compliant egress casement windows in stock. 31"x41" perfect for the cinder block foundation. They even hooked me up with a pen, tape measure and clipboard with all in stock sizes listed.
