The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Traveled to this store 3 times for screens and each time they weren’t ready. On the third time the guy told me he’d fix them on the spot and it would only take a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 30 minutes and I just left. Spoke to a manager - Mark??? He had an attitude as if I was doing a favor bringing my business to Supreme Windows. There service is to terrible. Go to Vinyl Lite Windows
I contacted Supreme Windows to service and reseal windows 12 years after installation. Despite being out of warranty, Mark was able to understand the problem and set up an appointment. The team arrived on time, thoroughly inspected each window, and addressed all issues—including fixing one that wouldn’t stay open. Isaias and his team were meticulous, professional, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
