Kourtney was an awesome Service Rep. My car was finished QUICKLY .... oil change and battery replacement VERY FAST.
I had car troubles while on a road trip and this was the closest Toyota dealership to have my car towed to. They took great care of me and really helped me out! I highly recommend their service department and Armando. Funny enough, it wasn't my reliable Toyota engine that broke, it was bad gas I put in it.
This am I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30am - my husband called to schedule for me, I didn’t arrive 4 minutes late but I was greeted by a very nice young man & initially I didn’t catch his name - so as I went to the waiting area to set up my IPad & await on my husband to pick me up here comes the same nice gentleman that initially greeted me & he says I’ll need little more information since you haven’t been here before & Panic mode kicked in - I was like “oh nooo I’ve been here “ he was like you sure you’re not in our... read more
