Talked to both Jared & Sarah during my appt on Zoom today. I had a lot of questions about specific models and the logistics of financing. I was impressed with their friendliness and knowledge. The homes are beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought goes into the floor plans regarding the owner's comfort, sustainable materials, and ability to withstand any kind of climate. This is fraud. The company uses the IP of Kodasema, Estonia. None of the photos belong to this company. You are infringing Kodasema and KODA by Kodasema IP rights. You need to remove these photos and videos containing KODA immediately. Please remove and permanently delete all Kodasema and KODA related material on your site, social media and other channels immediately no later than by 20 July 2021. Failure to refrain from infringing our intellectual property rights, will lead to immediate legal measures by our lawyers.

Amazed by their work. I got my house built by them. I got the OIYIO model. Amazing design, they use sustainable materials which they educated me on.

Super friendly people! They'll answer your questions and walk you through so you can get a feel for what you would want for your tiny house. I bought the RELOX model and I want to get another one for my parents. It's great to have tiny house builders like this so close to home. Suzie.
