Supreme Surface installed the granite countertop in our kitchen in the uba tuba color style, which is a black speckled granite. They sent in someone to template before the countertop installation, which is a very accurate measurement using lasers, and this gets the exact contour. When the granite countertop came in and it was installed, it was a perfect fit and it looked awesome in our kitchen. We had granite counters installed with a tiled backsplash, along with lighting, sink and a faucet. From the first phone call I found them to be very professional and helpful. I called two other companies for an estimate and they just wanted me to send in a drawing. Supreme Surfaces said that it would be better to have someone come out to my home to see my existing counter tops and to assist with the design. Awful Service, terrible countertops – Had granite countertops put in, the installer chipped it, then fixed it and said it would be fine. A year later the piece came off, called the company, and said it was out fault not theirs. The owner hung the phone up on me when I asked why she wouldn't stand behind a product of theirs. This is why people should go to Home Depot or Lowes, they stand behind everything. Nothing you can do but be stuck with a $5,000 new countertop with a chip out of it from the installer!!!
