Customers BEWARE! Save yourself the headache and find a competent shop. -Misdiagnosed the problem twice -Significantly overpriced compared to competitors. Costing me a total of $4200 to resolve an $1800 problem. -Communication has been difficult at best. Due to significant inner tire wear, I had an axel and tire replaced at the cost of 2500$. I had a much different experience. Made appointment to contract for storage. Called in a few hours before to discus that I would like to Have The RV I recently purchased serviced/ winterized and put on new tires. Before I completed my sentence; Tim cut me off assuming I was canceling an gave a lecture on how he only sees people by appointment. WE all have a bad day but if they are that rude on initial contact I,m not about to see how I would be treated after signing a contract .

The facility is always clean and very secure. They are very easy to work with and have repair facility on site. Tim is very responsive and helpful and always gets back to us in a timely manner.
