I had a terrible experience with Supreme Service. I had a service appointment for 8am to 12 noon. I called at 11am to check on when they would arrive. The person that answered said they would check and call me back. No one did so I called again at 11:30 and I was told that my appointment was for 10am to 2pm. I explained that this was a lie and someone was not being truthful. I cancelled the service and received a call later asking what they could do.
