I had a highly disappointing experience with Supreme Service Today (SST) when my Carrier system displayed a "41-Blower Motor Fault" error. Since SST originally installed the unit, I contacted them for service. Their technician confirmed that the blower motor had failed but assured me it was still under warranty. Senior abuse of a 84 year old The technician Sean did an excellent job. He identified the problem within 20 minutes. Was nothing to do with the compressor or parts for the internal units. But was a installation issue from back when the unit was installed from an improperly seated line and improperly torqued nut on the outside compressor. This gives me great concern of what other things have not been done properly during the installation. Updated review. They installed a brand new complete system 5 years ago, this system has had multiple problems over 5 short years costing me thousands, then they came out and told me that the return system isnt set up properly, on a system they installed 5 years ago and want to charge me almost as much as I paid for the whole new system to fix it.
