There's not many tradies that's this honest. I had several quotes to fix a leaking issue and all of them have the the standard lines about the difficulties of getting the job done to justify the price. James identified the was an easy fix during quote stage and fixed it on the spot and only charged me a fraction of the price compared to other quotes. Couldn't be more thankful for the quick job and relieve me from the stress.
Had a stubborn leak that kept coming back. James did a full inspection, explained everything clearly, and fixed it properly. It’s been weeks of heavy rain—absolutely dry inside now. Clean work, fair price, and real peace of mind. Highly recommend.
I am totally with the one star review given by the below contributor. The quality of work, work ethics and altitude given by the owner are disappointing! I feel that I got scam and over-charged considering how much work James has done and the work quality turned out. I asked him to come back to re-do the work as the leakage issue was not addressed at all, he was reluctant and kept saying to me that he would get back to me but never did. I am regret that I paid him without hesitation and in cash. Be wary of this business!
Had some cracked tiles and ridge capping that needed work. James came out, gave us a fair quote, and squeezed us in pretty quickly. Job was done well and no mess left behind. Exactly the kind of tradie you hope to get.
