I understand they are not the owner and just the agent, they have to get approval for maintenance issues, etc. so this may delay the process. It is hard at busy times to reach anyone other than the lady in leasing who can only answer certain questions (understandable) as they are working in the field. There is a delay but you are contacted. They get a bad name by upset people because they were denied on the app, evicted for violations or maybe the claim is correct but slum lords NO.
