I used to love going here but I stopped back in 2022 because they became sloppy and seemed to always rush doing my nails. I just went in after 4 years of not going because I took that break. The way I was handled was very unacceptable. He kept moving my arm around as if I was the problem and he was super rough on shaping and filing. Because of that, I kept tensing up due to his heavy hand on my nail beds during the acrylic application. I got medium length coffin shaped nails with simple pink and white ombré.
