I have been going to Vivi for almost 3 years. I love the customer service, quality of work and her ability to free style so nicely. I moved and still go to Vivi because she’s that good.
I’ve had multiple great experiences at this nail salon. The staff is professional, detail oriented and always makes sure everything looks perfect. I highly recommend this nail salon. The best of the best.
Posting my first and only negative review because the service was terrible, management was no help, and the workers made me feel uncomfortable. The person servicing me cut me three times, wasnt knowledgable on gel manicures, and didnt cure my nails right causing every single finger to bubble and wrinkle. I requested a refund after seeing my nails in natural lighting and they refused even though I returned within minutes after being serviced. My go to nail salon, great customer service and always do a great job.
I can’t say enough amazing things about this nail salon, but I especially have to highlight Vivi. She is absolutely incredible. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, and then somehow made it even better than I imagined. The entire staff is friendly and they always take their time with you, you never feel rushed. I've been going here for at least 5 years and I'll never go anywhere else!
