If I could give them a negative 100 I would. My friend has been without a car since Wednesday. Hired this emergency mobile business to come out and change her tire. Long story short, they showed up, had some difficulties getting one lug off for her to later find out they got an adapter stuck on her tire, told her that she didn’t need a new tire because the air is holding. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. The technicians were very unprofessional as well as the owner Eric. I’ve been without my car for 4 days due to them leaving an adapter on my tire that they got stuck evils trying to cache my tire. The owner has made no attempts to help get their adapter off of my car after they advised that my tire was safe to drive on. I’ve made several attempts to get the matter resolved. Do not use this company.
