This place is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Stay away if you expect to use your boat anytime soon. Have a grip of cash with you if it gets done because it NEVER IS WHAT THEY TOLD YOU . They had my boat all summer, had to bring it back 3 times and never really got out of the boat launch. I still have a part that was $325.00 that wasn't needed and since it was electronic there is no return . The big person in the front office is THE RUDDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD THE PRIVALAGE OF BEING ABUSED BY.
Had my Mercruiser I/O in to Supreme Marine for a starter motor, but was told my engine was seized. So I opted to have the motor replaced by them. Big Mistake. It first came back with a loose starter motor and made a terrible grinding noise when I tried to start it. They fixed it, but charged me $500 to replace the flywheel for chipped teeth, likely caused by the loose starter in the first place. Overcharged me hours by double. Don't trust Alan. Run away. Do business elsewhere. Flat out theft
Mechanic fixed motor. Just fine. Great experience till Alan overcharged me by 400.00. Guess he needs it more than me...run away from this sheister
