Stay away from Supreme Lending. First approved to $125000. Then Mike said he might be able to push to $115000. I found a place for $76000 and then found out from him I would have to pay $8000 in closing but had to pay for the inspection and appraisal out of my pocket putting closing at almost $9000. When I found a place he revealed to me I cant even qualify for a mortgage. What the hell he's suppose to determine this before the house inspection that I would have to pay for. His license should be taken away.

Horrible i repeat horrible never go here or deal with these people.
